Grilled Sesame Tofu Sandwich

Treat yourself to a great and healthy lunch with the perfect blend of sesame seed oil and soy sauce.


  • 4 ounces of firm tofu
  • 2 tsp of sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp of light soy sauce
  • 2 slices of whole grain toast



  • Marinate tofu in sesame seed oil and soy sauce in small bowl for 20 minutes
  • Grill for 5 minutes on medium heat, until all sides are browned
  • Add to whole wheat toast and top with your favorite sandwich toppings
  • Suggested toppings: avocado, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise
  • Enjoy!
